prayers and flowers
12:45 over night a cop was shot near my house. There is a man hunt going on
for the shooter. I heard the cops driving around since then. I remember when
things like this didn’t happen here. Then there was the shooting of the Amish
girls, now this. Please keep this in your prayers.I will try to send post info later as it comes available. Hopefully they find the guy soon who
did this.update at 6:50am—————————————-

EAST EARL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An East Earl Township, Lancaster
County, police officer was shot around 12:30 a.m.IMAGES: Shooting
Scene
Police said Officer Greg Yarbough, a six-year veteran, told them he was
on duty when he noticed a suspicious person outside his own home, which is along
Route 23 near the Shady Maple Smorgasbord.
Yarbough said when he confronted the man, there was a scuffle and
Yarbough was shot with his own gun.
“I don’t know the whole circumstance of how the firearm went off, OK. I
don’t know if the other individual had the officer’s gun or if just in the
struggle the firearm went off. I do not have that information as of this time,”
said Pennsylvania State Trooper Blain Hertzog.
Police said they have recovered the officer’s gun.
Yarbough is now at Lancaster General Hospital with a non-life-threatening
wound. Officials would not say where he had been shot.
The only description that police described of the individual Yarbough
scuffled with is that he was a man dressed in black.
Police appear to be scaling back their search in the area. The police
mobile command unit left the scene around 6:30 a.m., and many roads that were
shut down early this morning have reopened.video

Wow Im definitely praying. Beautiful flowers!!! I have been to Lancaster PA.. Love it!
Good point about self injury. We understand about that talking to a person who doesn’t know much about cutting can actually worsen it, but talking to a hope coach or couselor can help.
Thanks for the tip!
