My little girl met a new friend
Just the other day
On the playground at school

But she came home with tear-filled eyes

This is heratbreaking.
It reminds me of Concrete Angel by… Martina McBride, I think. Something like that. It breaks me every time.
It’s so sad, especially when the older girl leaves the classroom. wow.

That is chilling…
I remember a girl in school who lied, she had broken bones and bruises and wore the same clothing all the time.
Once I took her some clothes but she got hysterical and said she could not have them, it was sad. She was pregnant by 9th grade and dropped out.
