Granny
3:15pm this afternoon, I called my granny. Her neighbor answered and said that granny had called 911 and they were on the way. Granny (Anna Mary) was having pain around her heart.
Please keep her in your prayers. I called my mother and two of my aunts. Two of my aunts went to the hospital to be with her. I haven’t heard any updates yet.
Please pray.
update 8pm Tuesday: Her blood pressure medication caused toxicity. She is in intermediate care. Her heart rate is to slow.
Wednesday Afternoon update: Late this morning they were planning to move her to a regular room and out of intermediate care. The Cardiologist wanted to put in a pacemaker but granny doesn’t want it. She thinks her heartrate should be fine once the toxicity is all taken care of. More updates to come when I know more.
Thursday update: She did not do very well today……they
had taken her off of oxygen and her pains returned………they gave
her Adavain. Granny was very groggy all day. She doesn’t do well on medications. They are
still talking about a pacemaker. Uncle Dan is talking to the cardiologist tomorrow. He wants to get more facts and information about the
pros and cons of a pace maker. Uncle Dan is the best person to handle that
job.
Tomorrow Granny will be having a NST (Neclear stress test).Friday Afternoon: Granny had her NST at around 2:30pm. I have not heard the results yet
Another Friday update: Granny’s NST was good. She will be going home from the hospital yet tonight
Saturday update: Granny was
discharged from the hospital around 7:30 last night. My one aunt stayed with her
overnight. Another aunt will be with her today. My mother will be with her
Sunday morning. Uncle Dan comes then he will be with her Sunday
