WorldWide Day of Play
Today is the WorldWide Day of Play. It is a day encouraging children to go out and play. Some areas have special activities set up for children of the community . To promote the Worldwide Day of Play, Nick and all there stations and webpages “go black” from Noon – 3pm ET. Does your area have anything special? Are you participating in the Day of Play with your children?

I don’t have any kids, but I’ll definitely play!!!
Well, MrsYorel and I are going to a 12:20 pm movie, and I hope to begin the new book I got from the library, and I’m going to play with some data. I’ve got 90,000 plus lines and one last problem to solve with it. Sound like fun? Heck yeah! Oh, yeah. I may even sqeeze in a little time at the aquatic center.
No special plans, but I do respect Nick for doing this. I don’t know what it will all mean, but it is nice to hear someone is concerned with sending the message. It is a far far different world than the one I grew up in.
You never would have needed to send the message to go outside. My parents had a problem keeping me in.

My brother, nephew and I went fishing. I let them catch all the fish to honor this day of play. Yeah, I could have caught tons and tons of fish, but I took the high road. In fact, I was so humble and giving, and loving today, I didn’t even let myself catch a single thing. I totally let them have all the fun…
