  • On your walls, O Jerusalem

    Isaiah 62:6-7, 10-11
“I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

  • It’s not often I see the brothers dance.  This was a treat!  I was a bit concerned about seeing the battle dress, though it does fit with the “watchmen” and shofar part.

    Thanks!

  • @IMChurchmouse - yes, it was really nice to see the brothers dance. It isn’t seen that much.

  • I honestly don’t know what this is.

  • @Papillon_Mom - it is a messianic song with Messianic dance

  • @Papillon_Mom - it was done at a Messianic Church

  • @Kristenmomof3 - That’s really cool!

I have to admit… I’m kinda getting sick of this post.  LOL!!!  People are just at the bickering stage now.

  • @Kristenmomof3 - I meant, my post.  NOt this particular one.  Sorry!!

  • @Papillon_Mom - I gave up in keeping up with the comments on it. How many does it have now? I gave up at 607ish

  • @Kristenmomof3 - LIke 750ish.  But most of them are people just bickering.  Or people telling me to “f— myself.”  LOL… I kinda gave up on trying to weed through and delete the vulgarity on this post.  Every once in a while I’ll get a new comment from someone with something worthwhile to say.  But not much anymore.

  • @Papillon_Mom - (((((hugs))))))

Have your other post been ok or have you had to weed trolls off of them coming from the other one

  • @Papillon_Mom - Being featured is a blessing and a curse but hey atleast you got the truth of hell out there

  • @Kristenmomof3 - No trolls.  A couple of people have come to other posts to ask me legitimate questions.

@BarryDadof3 - Yes, I know.  And praise God!!  I guess it’s starting to wear on me a little.  Plus, I’ve so been neglecting all of y’all!!!!  I miss y’all!!

  • @Papillon_Mom - plus you have been sick. How are you feeling today?

  • @Kristenmomof3 - Actually, a lot better.  I still have a pretty resilient cough that just won’t go anywhere so I’m going to spend one more day in bed.  But overall I’m doing much better.  Thank you for your prayers!!

  • @Papillon_Mom - glad to hear that you are soo much better. I was praising the Lord so much that your work let you have off to get better.

    Big hugs

  • Lamb and I really appreciate this dance as it opens the door more for men to dance.  It has very masculine moves which make it easier for guys especially the buff ones!  HalleluYAH!

Info on the song and artists:
Jewish believers in Yeshua, Barry and Batya Segal perform this song.  There are two versions of this song they have done. The one you hear here is slower and can be found on the album titled Elohim:Experience Worship From the Heart of Israel featuring various Messianic artists recording their music in Israel.  The faster one which Lamb is dancing to while I type this is on the Go Through the Gates album by Barry and Batya Segal.  Barry and Batya Segal administer the Joseph Storehouse near Jerusalem in the Judean Hills where terrorist victims, widows, orphans, poor, elderly, and soldiers are given food and supplies.  They have established two stores in the U.S. and distribute items internationally at Greetings From Jerusalem.  There you can find afforable Judaic items (esp. those made in the Holy Land) and music. They are such a blessing to Israel and the Body of Messiah.  We got to see them at Eitz Chaim live one night at the end Shabbat.  Our family enjoys Batya’s Yemeni influences.

  • COOL!

And you beat me to the Israel theme layout.

@IMChurchmouse - It is a time of war. War will exist (and is sometimes necessary) until Messiah returns AND Satan is finally banished in the Lake of Fire (Rev. 20).

  • @roamingchile - I guess I should have been clearer.  I meant it was disturbing for me to see it in a “worship” context.  I am not confused about how war is a part of living in a fallen world; but when we come to God, it’s a place of truce to my mind.  That’s all I meant by my comment.

  • @IMChurchmouse - It would be nice if the enemy respected our sense of sanctuary. Satan and his minions do not (nor do those who allow themselves to be ruled by him). But I see what you were saying.

A time is coming when we will have to worship with our combat boots on… in Israel, it has been that time for 60 years.
