@Kristenmomof3 - Yeah, it’s pretty entertaining – not really because of the actual competition, but just reading people’s answers to what the judges have asked most recently.

I have to say, since I’ve been reading your blogs more, you seem like SUCH a fun mom! My week…started school. Turned in my first three papers yesterday. God is faithful to help me understand the online classes. Sometimes the setups are weird and difficult. I was supposed to start teaching my fifth grade class at church again last night, but my Crohn’s symptoms were very flared yesterday, so I let my other teacher do it. She’s the best. I also think I’m getting laryngitis since my voice is all thin and squeaky! Anyway, planning to go out for sushi tomorrow, and I have four more assignments to turn in by the end of the week. Thanks for asking! How has YOUR week been?
@Pickwick12 - pretty good here. The children start school on Monday. Hard to believe how fast the time goes
I think you should have entered the MXA contest. It’s supposedly not about beauty and showing off your body… and it would have been interesting to prove the point with someone who wears modest clothing and covers her head as a contestant.
@radicalramblings - That would be funny. Not my type of thing though. The only time I have done anything close to that is allowing Dan to use my photo in his Eyes post LOL.
I am not the competition type.

The only way I would be convinced otherwise would be if someone really ugly won. If it was about blogging people wouldn’t be asked to show pictures of themselves.
I like your layout, “Children are our future”. They are indeed, and it’s a shame the the “world” wants them to as corrupt as it is. Let the kids be kids, and grow at there own pace. Let the parents be parents that they might enjoy the taste.
