Very interesting…what are your thoughts?
I read a very interesting blog post that I would love to hear everyones thoughts on. I will share the link to it here but she does not have comments open. So feel free to come back here and tell me what you think.
Here is the post

((THE FLU EDITION… READ THIS!!))What do you think?

I think it is a bit over the top—but it is an intriguing post.
I mentioned this a while back… scary implications there. I don’t think the swine flu vaccine is “the mark” or anything like that… but I do think the government is increasingly testing to see what we will accept along those lines. And trying to make these things acceptable, and normal, so there is no reason to resist later.
@radicalramblings - I have to agree with you.
@radicalramblings - I agree too. I think when the “mark” comes around, it will be evident to the true believers what it is. This chip thing does not strike me as “the mark”, but it could lead to it.
I was reading a book a few weeks ago, that suggested that the whole passage about the mark of the beast and whatnot *could* have been talking about something that happened during the Roman empire under Nero’s rule…I don’t know how true it is/was, but its something to think about too. I would love to do more research on that myself. I am NOT saying I believe that, I am just throwing some stuff out there to think about.
I think we’ll have to *choose* the mark as part of the worship of the Beast, although I do think it will be an RFID chip with all our info on it. Also, we’ll have to be MARKED with it, won’t we? Like, visible? It’s not going to be a secret, Christians will *all* know that taking the Mark means taking the Beast as god.
Other than that, I think she makes some good points, as usual. I do believe fear is what’s going to feed people to the worship of the Beast, for one thing.
I’m pretty sure our family just had H1N1, and sadly a little girl at school today had the vax and her mom said her reaction to the vax was almost as bad as my daughter’s H1N1.
I wouldn’t have even gotten a regular vaccination to avoid the little flu that just went through our house, much less a suspect one.
1. I think the post is a bit over the top.
2. I’m not planning to take the swine flu vaccine for two reasons: Not enough research and I try not to take any medication that is not necessary.
3. I dislike the idea of an identity chip. The advantages are that it would be convenient. Just think if someone found you after an accident – they could identify you and notify your family or learn about your allergies so you can be provided with life saving medical treatment. The disadvantages are pretty obvious – it can be used to track us down and to twist our arms and could put us in situations that are life threatening.
4. Every single issue has a positive and negative.
5. I don’t think identity chips are the mark of the beast.
