Here is the day after the October snow. (Part of the highway that we live along is closed because of trees brought down by the heavy wet snow.)

You guys really got a lot of snow! Usually we have some by now, but so far nothing but cold. I’m not complaining. Beautiful pictures!

Unbelievable, that nor’easter just made it self at home in the autumn colors!
I am reminded of the scene in the Matrix when agent Johnson has Neo pinned on the rail and says “That, Mr Anderson is the sound of inevitability”. Winter can not be stopped.

I must admit these are beautiful photos…but you can keep that snow out east for a while longer. I prefer to wait longer before we get hit with it out here in the midwest
