  • Hosed

My children were hosed today. They had so much fun playing in the hose mist.

    I took some pictures……

Did you have fun doing stuff like this as a child?

  • No… I hated every minute of it

  • awww cute. =)  loved running through sprinklers and being hosed =)  my dad said the kids used to play in the street by fire hydrant

  • @YouTOme - I was never allowed to do stuff like this as a child. Grandma was scared I would get sick if I got wet, even if it was 100 outside. She worries a bit about me getting the children wet but she sees how much fun they are having :)

  • I did sprinklers we cool and slip and slides oh wait I still play on those

  • @Kristenmomof3 - awww =/  HUGS.

well, i’m so glad you get to enjoy it now.  Lordwillingly when i finally come to visit or when you come here, we will have a ton of fun in the water or snow or mudslides if we hafta =P  chinese fire drills, lightening bug derby!!! firefly marathon, sleepovers! pillow fights! hide and seek, red rover, double dutch, kiddie olympics, survivor family version..hahhaha., camping in the backyard, forking lawns, freeze tag, swinging from trees, frolicking in bare feets =)  we will have a blast! =)

  • @samanthabecicka - slip n’ slides! i always wanted those! =)

  • @Kristenmomof3 - yea it was thinking I might hook it up for later now

@YouTOme - they are really cheap now like 10 bucks at walmart and so much fun lol

  • When I was a kid, we didn’t have hoses….all of us kids would get in a big circle and we’d spit on each other.  Well, til my older brother took up chewing tobacco…that pretty much put a stop to that…

I’m kidding, you guys…you do know I’m kidding, right?

  • @Schotzie - Rolling on the floor laughing sooo sooo sooooo hard

  • I think so… but I don’t remember. Instead of childhood memories all that seems to come to mind is what I recall of Helen Keller’s experience with running water. Water is amazing.

  • @Schotzie - You mean your brother didn’t really chew tobacco?
