Is she innocent?
I have been watching the Casey Anthony trial on TV downstairs today. I wonder is it possible that she is innocent? This is a very interesting trial and it is just getting started. The defense is saying that Caylee drowned in family pool on June 16. This is really interesting.
Do you think that Casey might be innocent?

Such a sad story. I feel for Caylee. Who knows? Her mom might be innocent. Accidents happen.
she is innocent as she has not been proven guilty.
I don’t think that Casey is innocent, but that is just my opinion. I have been wrong before.
I think there is always a possiblity that she might be innocent but with all of the publicity this case has had in the media I do not know how she can get a fair trial. I think what was done to the precious little angel is so evil and there is no punishment severe enough for the person who did this. Now I hear that story that Caylee drowned in a childrens swimming pool. Where did that come from?
@tymedancer - It wasn’t a children’s pool…it is an above ground pool that the anthonys have at their house.
Also what about the fact that the issue that has been raised that supposedly Casey was abused sexually by her father since she was 8
@tymedancer - I have to admit watching the trial…. Hearing about how she didn’t act right here or there all I can think is…but she was abused sexually since age 8 by her dad…….
I have to say….I think that is the truth. It would explain a lot about the family and how strange they are…..
@Kristenmomof3 - Aww ok-the news reported a childrens pool and now on todays news thay are saying that Caylee drowned in the pool and George got rid of the body. This is getting stranger and stranger, and the media makes it even stranger.
@Kristenmomof3 - I agree about how she seems to dissociate from everything that is going on that is looks like she is the victem of early childhood trauma.
Hm, you just reminded me of the golden age of true crime blogs… and now I can’t recall even one of my old time faves that are regularly updated…
I think Casey is innocent. I enjoy watching the trial but hate having to listen to the bottom feeders who give their biased comments, applauding everything the prosecution says and putting down everything the defense says. I’m glad this trial is taking place in the courtroom and not in the media. Few people seem to think there is even a small possibility that Casey is innocent.
I honestly think that Casey Anthony is Guilty however what’s more important is what the Jury thinks, they’re going to be the final say in this Case after all. But II’d like to say that if the defense would’ve given a better opening statement, maybe there’d be more believers. Even IF she was “molested” or “raped” by her father, it doesn’t and never will okay her “Covering up” The “Accidental” death of her Daughter in any way. That’s giving a free ticket to everyone that’s ever been raped or molested to go out and commit murder then get away free with it, I mean after all what’s the difference? Casey Anthony is a diabolical liar, and if you watch the entire trial you’ll see that.
